1. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account on Class 35.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete details during registration and keep your account information up to date.

2. Student Terms & Course Access

  • License to Learn: When you purchase or enroll in a course, Class 35 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

  • Prohibited Sharing: You may not share, re-sell, redistribute, or stream your account or purchased course materials (including video lessons, PDF summaries, and project templates) with any third party.

  • Lifetime Access: Subject to section 6 (Platform Modifications), enrolled courses remain available in your My Library as long as Class 35 holds the rights to host the content.

3. Instructor & Content Creator Terms

  • Original Work & IP: All uploaded notes, slides, code repositories, and videos must be 100% your original work or used with explicit license. You strictly agree not to upload official university exam papers, copyright-protected textbooks, or proprietary lecture slides provided directly by university professors.

  • Platform Monetization: Instructors grant Class 35 a non-exclusive worldwide right to host, market, and distribute their content. You retain ownership of your intellectual property.

  • Payouts: Instructor earnings are calculated and paid according to the revenue share terms outlined in your Creator Dashboard. Payouts are made via supported methods (e.g., PayPal, Direct Deposit) provided all valid tax and identification forms are completed.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

    • Pricing & Taxes: Course prices are set by instructors or Class 35 and are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or transaction fees may be added based on your location.

    • Refund Policy: All eligible purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which includes a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee provided less than 50% of the course content has been consumed.

    • Prohibited Off-Platform Transactions: Instructors and students may not conduct payments or transactions outside of the official Class 35 payment processing channels.

5. Acceptable Conduct & Community Rules

  • You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

    • Uploading or transmitting hate speech, harassment, spam, or explicit/inappropriate content.

    • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or launching automated scripts/bots on the Platform.

    • Attempting to bypass video streaming security, digital rights management (DRM), or download restrictions.

    • Impersonating another person, student, or university official.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, branding, site design, and Platform software belong exclusively to Class 35 or its licensors. Course content uploaded by creators remains the property of the respective creator but licensed to Class 35 under these Terms.

  • Class 35 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, violate academic integrity guidelines, or engage in fraudulent activities. Suspended accounts forfeit access to purchased courses and un-paid instructor earnings.
